Junín de los Andes, the oldest district in Neuquén, is an ancient site for the Mapuche culture.

The Via Christi is a unique theme park in Patagonia in which the life and death of Jesus is shown through real works of art. It is located on Cross Hill, in a path across the woodland. Its large sculptures are an invitation to reflection and silence. A parallel between our history and that of the Mapuche culture.
At the craftsmen’s market and Centenario Park, you may find woodworks, ceramic pieces, textiles woven on a loom, smoked products, etc.
During the day, the Chimehuín River waterfront is a place to enjoy with the family and friends.
